Custom Order Instructions

• Window Size Customization: For windows less than 23 inches wide, select the "1"x1" option. For other sizes, choose "2"x2". Pick your preferred color from the available options and proceed to customize.
• Fabric Sample Swatch: Order a fabric sample to preview the colors and quality before finalizing your purchase.
• Customer Support: For expert consultation, contact our customer care. We will assist you with customization until the blinds fit your window perfectly.

Customer Care

• Size Confirmation: We are here to ensure you get the perfect fit. After placing your order, confirm the size with us. Once confirmed, we will proceed with immediate production.
• Adjustable Length: To adjust the length, gently slide the bottom bar. The actual fabric width will be approximately 1.5 inches, adjusted by 1/8 inch for the mechanism, reducing the header width.

Important Notes

• Blind Width Measurement: All width sizes are based on the blinds' top header width, with a 1/8-inch (0.125 inch) cut applied automatically. For very thin or no-frame windows, consider using an outside mount.
• Inside Height Guidance: When ordering blind height, please select a longer standard height to minimize any gaps.
