Measurement Instructions - For inside mounting blackout cellular blinds, ensure the window frame has a minimum depth of 2 inches. - For blackout shades, the width should be 1/2 inch less than the window width. - For blinds, measure the window length and add 2 inches. - For outside mounting cellular shades, measure the window width and add 4 inches, and the length should be 4 inches longer.
